What happens if the prize is unclaimed?

We will contact all winners using the registered email and mobile number on their account, so please ensure these are kept up to date. If we are unable to reach you within 28 days we reserve the right to award that prize as a bonus in a different promotion. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

Do I have to take part in any publicity after winning a prize?

To ensure transparency and compliance, we would like a photo of you and your prize to go onto the winners page of our website. This is not mandatory.

Can I take a cash alternative to the prize?

We always aim to offer a cash alternative or site credit offer on competitions where the customer requires unless specifically stated.

How do I receive my prize?

We will arrange for delivery of your prize with you.

How do I know if I have won?

Winners will be contacted using the email address and mobile number associated with your account. Please also check back on the website after each prize draw where the winner will also be featured.

How do I know the draw was fair and the result hasn't been changed?

Every draw is sealed the moment it is complete. We publish the full details behind it — the number of entrants, the ticket range, the winning number and the exact text that was used — along with its SHA-256 fingerprint, and a sealed record can never be edited afterwards. You can re-run the fingerprint yourself on our Verify A Draw page, or straight from any result on the Draw History page, and watch it match.

Are payments made securely?

We use secure, encrypted connections across our website and do not hold your card details on our servers.

How much does each ticket cost?

The cost of each ticket is clearly stated by each competition and won't change during the sale period.

I've lost my account log-in, what do I need to do?

Please use the forgot my password feature on our website.

Can I withdraw or amend my ticket purchase?

Unfortunately not, the purchase of a ticket is final and cannot be either amended or withdrawn.

Where can I view my tickets?

You can view your tickets and transactions in the My Account section of the website.

What are my chances of winning?

Each competition has a fixed number of available tickets for purchase. Your chances of winning can be calculated from the number of tickets you have purchased from the overall number of tickets sold for each competition. The maximum number of tickets available is fixed and will not change once the competition is live.

How do I receive my ticket number?

Once the payment process has been completed you will receive an email confirmation.

How can I tell how many tickets are already sold?

Both the maximum number of tickets for sale, and the total of tickets sold, are displayed in the draw details.

How many tickets are there for each draw?

The maximum number of tickets for each competition are displayed in the draw details (this applies to postal and paid entry routes). This maximum number is fixed and will not change.

Who can enter?

The competition is open to all residents in the UK, aged 18 years or over, except members of the immediate families or households of the promoter.
